Barcelo Illetas Albatros - Adults Only Hotel

The pool area was a perfect retreat, and we also enjoyed the well-maintained private beach. Plus, good spot to catch sunset views!

Overall clean hotel, attentive and very attentive team members who give amazing service. Plentiful breakfasts with lovely view. Lovely building and rooms with balcony and comfy bed. Amazing and beautiful location just a pleasant stroll away from Illetas Beach.

Improve noise insulation in rooms!!! The persistent sound of traffic and early morning disturbances from bins being emptied made it hard to relax. Spa services could be expanded for a better wellness experience!!!

Everything was good and we were very satisfied. Staff was very friendly. . Breakfast and evening buffet were abundant, fresh and tasty.

Indoor pool too small and not deep enough, you could hardly swim.

We did not find the beds really comfortable. The SPA was a little musty.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly the amazing views from the pool area, and the good private beach just a short stroll away that was perfect for a refreshing morning swim.

Breakfast tip top. Dinner in order for the price range and the relatively few guests this season. Parking lot situation also very good.

So far no comments. If the hotel is full, it surely gets a little loud in the restaurant as the acoustics are not necessarily optimal.

The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was fantastic! The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Elias.

The evening meals felt repetitive after a few days.

The restaurant here was nice which had good food or eat out, we both ordered healthy dishes. The location was fantastic, relatively close to Calo de les Gerres.

Location and pool/spa

Breakfast was disappointing and you had to wait to boil a kettle for a cup of tea.

Staying in the Superior Double Room with Sea View, the view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the pool and the bay. The buffet breakfasts impressed with a wide selection of fresh pastries and local Spanish dishes. The quieter surroundings made it slightly challenging to find lively bars or shops nearby, and the area felt a bit isolating after dark. While the hotel maintainedsuper clean and cozy accommodations, I was hoping for a bit more excitement in the vicinity.

I was very unhappy to find that at 2pm in the afternoon when I was being picked up for my friends wedding at 3pm there was barely any water coming out of the shower - let alone hot water. I ended up having to wash my hair in a trickle of cold water which was very unpleasant. I had called reception to say we had no water/hot water but they were very casual about the situation and said it was an ongoing problem. A bath or shower with hot water is a basic and if a room at 200 euros a night does not provide the basics it's a poor show. Food was basic and overpriced for the quality.
